Welcome to Excedentalia, S.L. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from our online store.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, whether you are a consumer or a business customer, and to your general use of our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
3. Products
We specialize in Spanish food products (including perishable and non-perishable items).
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but small variations in appearance, packaging, or weight may occur.
4. Orders and Payments
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or invoice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, G Pay, Klarna, and other major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex) displayed at checkout.
If your order from Sweden or Denmark, prices shown include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately during checkout.
If you order from Norway, prices shown exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately during checkout. Besides, upon arrival, your parcel/s will be subject to Norwegian Customs taxes, such as VAT, and if applicable, to duties and other Customs fees. Please contact us if you have any questions. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship mainly to Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden and Denmark).
Delivery times to Scandinavia are between 5-10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are a consumer (not a business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, except for:
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive food products
- Opened or unsealed items for hygiene reasons
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us at santiagofraguas@donjamon.net within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the goods unused, in their original packaging, at your own cost.
- We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return costs and send a replacement or refund.
7. Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders are binding once confirmed, and returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect goods.
8. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in Euros (€), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Swedish Krone (SEK) and Danish Krone (DKK).
For deliveries within Norway, VAT and custom duties and other fees may be added to the price indicated in accordance with Norwegian tax and customs rules and customer location. If the shipment is deliverted outside of Norway, VAT is included in the price.
For deliveries within Sweden and Denmark, VAT is included in the shown prices.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Excedentalia, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce or use this content without our written permission.
11. Personal Data
Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EU 2016/679) and local laws.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and the laws of the European Union.
Consumers in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for cross-border disputes.
