At Excedentalia, S.L., we aim to deliver authentic Spanish products quickly, safely, and with full transparency.
This page explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns for all online orders.
1. Shipping Information
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway)
If you live outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at santiagofraguas@donjamon.net and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs controls, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
For some locations or large orders, additional charges may apply. These will always be shown before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email so you can follow the shipment’s progress online.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To start a return, you can contact us at santiagofraguas@donjamon.net.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of:
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive food products (such as ham, cheese, or other fresh items)
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed
- Items returned without original packaging or damaged by the customer
8. How to Return an Item
To request a return:
- Email us at santiagofraguas@donjamon.net within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. Business Customers (B2B)
Returns and refunds for business customers are accepted only in cases of incorrect or faulty goods.
B2B orders are considered final once confirmed.
