About Us
Don Jamón was created by two old friends: Lars, based in Oslo, and Santiago, based in Madrid. After knowing each other for more than 40 years, we decided to build a project that connects Spain and Scandinavia through high-quality Spanish food.
Our goal is simple: to make it easier for customers in Scandinavia to access good Spanish products — from Serrano ham and Iberian Pata Negra to cured meats, cheeses, olive oil, preserves and selected gourmet products.
We believe there is room for a more personal and careful approach in this market: better product selection, clear information and attentive customer service.
