Buying authentic Spanish food from Don Jamon is easy!
Follow these simple steps to place your order securely and have your favorite products delivered straight from Spain to your home or business in Scandinavia.
1. Browse Our Products
Explore our wide range of Spanish delicacies — from Iberian ham and cheese to olive oils and gourmet treats.
You can search by category or product type using the navigation menu or Filters section at the left part of the page.
Click on any product to see detailed descriptions, ingredients, weight, volume and storage information.
2. Add to Cart
When you find something you love:
- Select the quantity you wish to purchase.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
You can continue shopping or review your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the right top of the page.
3. Review Your Order
In your shopping cart, you can:
- Check the list of selected items.
- Update quantities or remove products.
- See the total cost, including taxes and estimated shipping.
Once everything looks correct, click “Checkout”.
4. Secure Checkout
Our checkout process is fast and protected with SSL encryption to keep your information safe.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Billing and shipping address
- Contact details (email and phone number for delivery updates)
- Preferred payment method
We accept:

5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before confirming your order.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.
6. Invoices and Business Orders
If you’re a business customer, you can enter your VAT number at checkout to receive an invoice with the correct EU tax details.

7. Returns and Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order.
