Guijuelo’s unique cold and dry climate allows for a slow, natural curing, enhancing purity, aroma, and depth of flavor.

Aged for over 24 months and made 100% naturally — with no preservatives or additives, and free from gluten and lactose — this shoulder ham offers a rich, juicy and intensely aromatic profile, with delicate texture and beautiful marbling.
