Are your products authentic?
Yes. We work with trusted producers and carefully selected products from Spain to ensure authentic flavours and consistent quality.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.
All Iberian ham is sliced fresh upon order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
All costs are clearly displayed before payment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments by card, Klarna, Google Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
Returns & Issues
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of perishable food items once delivered.
