Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway).
For other destinations, please contact us.
Processing & delivery time
All products are prepared fresh upon order.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days
This includes preparation and shipping. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
Customs, duties & taxes (Norway)
Please note that Norway is not part of the European Union.
Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
All costs are clearly displayed before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (not a business customer), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (including ham, cheese, and fresh products)
- Opened or consumed items
- Products not in original condition
How to request a return
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Returns must be approved before sending any items.
Return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We cover return costs if the product is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Business Customers (B2B)
Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect goods.
All B2B orders are final once confirmed.
